☞ DWELL: 111 West 122nd Street Brownstone

A 3-family house located in the desirable Mount Morris Park Historic District's proposed extension neighborhood has just arrived on the market for $2.5 million.  This is our house pick of the week for the location is on notable block below 125th Street, the neighborhood has very quick express subway access nearby along with being in the middle of all the boutiques and famous shops on Lenox that have popped up in recent years.  As far as the interiors are concerned, the upper market buyer tends to appreciate original details but also want modern upgrades in the kitchen and bath of which this home all has.

Everything appears to make sense here and South Harlem brownstones just a couple of avenues west have gone for $3 million in the past year so this might be a good option for a buyer that can afford this price range.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK

  1. Great photo and details, I guess it is just a matter of time until it will be hard to find a Harlem brownstone for under 2 million.
