We run into all type of people at the nexus of 125th and Lenox but downtown hipsters are usually a rare site. While crossing Lenox this week, we noticed this gentleman with some distinct tattoos and the classic hipster design details. First of all there is that simple, classic mens elements such at the pristine brown oxfords worn without socks and worn with jeans rolled at the cuff just at the right level to show the ankle tattoos off. Then the overall grooming is very clean shorn for the hair with layers at the top and classic mens beard. There is a lot of street style on 125th but we do not really see this type of guy around too much but as Harlem becomes more diverse, this too should change.
