Another story in the news is that the Red Lobster on 125th Street between FDB and ACP will open on November 11th. There is also an interview with a former street vendor who laments about small local commercial retailers being priced out because of big chains. From what we can see, a vast majority of the small businesses on 125th Street are from folks who live or arrived from someplace else and not originally from Harlem in the first place. The article does not really talk about this point:
