Tea and Cheese Pairings at the Morris-Jumel Mansion, 65 Jumel Terrace between 160th and 161st Streets. Three workshops to increase your basic understanding of tea, tea and food pairings and proper preparation. For this pairing, four types of tea and four cheeses will take your breath away.
