☞ INTRODUCING: New Murals at NBT
The National Black Theatre apparently has commissioned a new Mural on the side of one of its building's walls just north of 125th Street and this is actually something new for the neighborhood. Outside of El Barrio, there does not seem to be many murals in greater Harlem (besides the old storefront rolling gates by Franco the Great). Graffiti art is sort of a nostalgic trend especially in Brooklyn these days but it appears that Harlem has cleared most of it out in the past decade.

This mural was painted as part of an event hosted by Beats, Rhymes and Rhythm a non profit group based in Washington DC that puts a positive message with the Hip Hop Community.
