☞ DWELL: 360 West 118th Street in Contract

Our Number 2 corridor pick in Harlem for 2013 has another high priced listing in contract.  Number 360 West 118th Street was first listed on the market at the end of Summer 2013 for the asking of $3.2 million but was reduced to $2.999 million by October.  The house is in good condition but very questionable and outdated finishes such as vessel sinks (so 90s!) in the bathroom probably did not impress the high end buyers to go over the lofty $3 million mark.  Other than that, the location is by Morningside Park, a block away from the FDB commercial corridor and easy walking distance to the express trains on 125th Street.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
