Public records show that Number 429 Convent Avenue on Sugar Hill sold in January for just under the initial asking price. Originally on the market for $1.8 million, the multi-family home on Upper Convent closed at $1.77 million just a few weeks back which is pretty respectable for a house as far north as 148th Street.
