It took over a year and a half to happen but apparently the time is right now for 430 Convent Avenue to have a contract out for around the $2.2 million mark. Townhouse inventory is on the low side in Harlem proper these days and this 2-family home by 150th Street will probably sell for a price that only brownstones with top grade renovations would have gone for when the property first arrived on the market. We like the historic district neighborhood that Number 430 is located at and the original details inside are stunning but the taste level of the upgraded rooms are really on the moderate side for this price range in our opinion:
