Some press arrived to our inbox about the brisk sales at the prewar conversion of 305 West 150th Street by Jackie Robinson Park. Looking on Streeteasy at the condo building with fully renovated apartments going for the $300K range, it appear that one sale has closed in the past week and 10 contracts out of 16 available units have now been signed. Apparently these are all 1-bedroom units with 10 foot ceilings and more are to come on the market in the coming months:
