A bespoke tip came in that a new restaurant will be arriving on the border of Central and West Harlem at 139th Street. There used to be an old bodega on this corner of Edgecombe Avenue but now it appears that a restaurant will be opening soon. DOB permits filed online do not reveal the name of the new business so there is not much to go from except the signage that is currently out front. Anybody out there know what this will be?
