A distinct, multi-family townhouse on upper Fifth Avenue just arrived on the market for $3.4 million. This corner by 127th Street is one of those great Harlem blocks that still retains a bit of original charm even though the interior pretty much is a straight forward gut renovation for the home (except for some mysterious cast iron gates out front). With that said, the garden is pretty spectacular and everything is move-in ready. Fifth Avenue is a good location also because it is less than 5 minutes away from the express trains on Lenox and all the new restaurants in that area:

I live near here - it's a beautiful and quiet part of the neighborhood. And those church bells are lovely to hear every Sunday!
