DWELL: 227 LENOX IN CONTRACT
Number 227 Lenox is currently in an endless cycle of partial house flipping and the massive townhouse between 121st and 122nd Street now has a contract out with an asking price of $3.5 million. A photo from last year shows how the facade looked previously but there is still scaffolding up on this brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District today. There was an auction a couple of years back and the new owners have not even completed the restoration process before the home was on the market again. This price point would be considered one of the record breaking homes for a completely renovated house in Harlem and Number 227 is not even finished. Let's just hope the new buyer actually lives in this one. More on Streeteasy: LINK
