Demolition started at 434 West 126th Street in Manhattanville last November and we walked by the site this past weekend and noticed some more progress at hand. The entire center building has been demolished out of the 3 existing structures and the one furthest west seems to be going down fast now. This part of the process is taking quite some time since it has been about 6 months since it all started so anything actually rising on the spot will probably not happen until 2015.
