It took almost two years but the Number 465 West 141st Street has finally sold based on the asking price of $2.29 million. This house was owned by a designer who restored everything to its original glory but somehow the substantial 18.8-foot home located on a really nice block has languished on the market. Now that Hamilton Heights is seeing an uptick in better restaurants opening in the area, it appears that interests has been renewed with the historic housing stock and Number 465 West 141st ended up selling a little higher at $2.3 million:
