Another Strivers Row House at 139th Street has a contract out on it this year within less than 2 months time at an asking of $1.8 million. Number 250 West 139th Street has some updated infrastructure such as gas lines and a newish roof but the rest of the 20-foot-wide landmark home appears to need some major work. With that said, there appears to be some great original details waiting to be restored inside so the buyer is going to have to be the type who wants to put a little elbow grease into their new home. Some better business are starting to pop in in close proximity to Strivers Row but many of the home owners in this landmark district have parking garages in the back so not having too many amenities in the immediate blocks is sort of a non-issue.
