We always have said that the Manhattan Avenue corridor was one of our favorite locations below 125th Street. A renovated studio at 387 Manhattan Avenue is now on the market asking for $1,450 in rent and even has its own washer/dryer inside the apartment. This location is one of the best because of its proximity to literally everything but is also a secret townhouse haven. More on the broker site:
