A 2-room studio has appeared on the market at Strivers Row for $1,350 a month and is our pick of the week as far as affordable rent on a great block goes. There used to be some great deals under $1,000 a month for a junior one bedroom in Harlem earlier on in the year but the market has quickly increased in prices since then. We like this landmark block and better amenities are a bit of a walk but not unreasonably too far away for this part of Central Harlem. Strivers Row is one of the most beautiful micro-neighborhoods in Manhattan and this is definitely the best deal for June. More details can be found on Streeteasy:
