Number 2069 Fifth Avenue had a contract out back in April based on the initial asking price of $3.4 million and has now officially sold as of about a week ago. This is a rather large house with moderate grade finishes but the price point over $3 million might have to do more with some notable celebrities and artists moving into this part of upper Fifth Avenue. We are still waiting to see if the sale goes over $3.5 million which would make it a new record for a Harlem townhouse post recession.
