DWELL: HARLEM SHELL ASKING FOR $1.3 MILLION
In the minds of uptown brokers, it appears that Harlem prices are at a premium now since a shell on West 132nd Street that has not sold in 5 years is currently going for $1.3 million. Back when the recession hit, this building sat on the market for $849K and has now become exponentially more valuable. The condition of the building is so poor that interested buyers are not allowed to go in so a buyer really has to be confident about this one. For those shell experts out there who might think that this is a good deal, please do check out the broker site: LINK
