West 119th Street by Lenox Avenue appears to have co-ops ready to rent out units at reasonable rates. A one-bedroom that is on the 4th floor of a walkup building now has a unit going for $1,350 a month. This block is by the Mount Morris Park Historic District and close to everything that is happening along the boulevard. They probably want someone with excellent credit so those who qualify should really check this one out:
