Number 185 Lenox has had three price increases in the past year and now is asking for a record $3.9 million. The brownstone within the Mount Morris Park Historic District by 119th Street had started out last fall at $3 million but by the springtime of this year was up to
$3.5 million. This is definitely one of the prime corners of Harlem and the townhouse is on the larger side but lack of interior original details make it a little less interesting in our opinion especially at the new $3.9 million price point:

Why do people who can't sell their houses in harlem increase the price??? Makes no sense and creates an unrealistic expectation among other potential sellers.
