Number 226 West 132nd Street has been on and off the market for a few years now but finally has a contract out. This shell located between 7th and 8th Avenue has a handsome facade but apparently is in such bad shape that visitors are not permitted to walk inside because of structural issues. Asking prices for this Central Harlem shell seemed pretty high at $1.1 million but a buyer came along within 3 months this time around:
