A multi-family brownstone new to the market is asking for $1.7 million which might just be one of the best moderate priced homes to be found in Central Harlem. We actually like this intact brownstone block between 7th and 8th Avenue but there definitely needs to be some updating inside this home. With that said, the brownstone does have some original details to polish up and probably could be restored much more easily than some of the expensive shells to be found nearby.
