Manhattan Avenue has had quite a bit of activity in the past year and one of the narrow brownstones in the South Harlem location now has a contract out based on the initial asking of $1.45 million. There are a lot of original details within the interior of this townhouse but the property is still an SRO with no certificate of non harassment in place.
