DWELL: RECORD SALE AT 50 HAMILTON TERRACE
A record closing price in Hamilton Height's Historic District right by Convent Avenue is one of the top sales for 2014. An original asking price for 50 Hamilton Terrace was set at $2.895 million earlier in the year and there must have been several interested parties since a contract was signed within 2 weeks time and the closing price ended up at $3.2 million. This is the second home on uptown's west side that has reached the $3 million mark and really shows how keeping things contextual attracts a buyer on the higher end of the market.
