EAT: SMOKED SALMON AT MAISON HARLEM
Getting a bagel with smoked salmon in Harlem is basically impossible so the next best thing that we have discovered is a similar platter over at Maison Harlem on the corner of 127th Street on St. Nicholas Avenue. We recently dropped by for lunch for a meeting and needed something light and healthy that had a bit more protein than a salad. The Assiette de Saumon Fumé which is smoked Atlantic salmon with lemon, capers, and toasted bread for $15.50 helped us keep everything under $20 for a quick bite and was successful on so many levels. Until a artisan bagel-teria opens up in Harlem, this will definitely do for our smoked fish fare in the meantime.
