One of the red brick townhouses on West 119th Street just south of Marcus Garvey Park is up for sale for $1 million and is right on the cusp of the Mount Morris Park Historic District. This single-family home apparently is a fixer upper with a lack of interior photos but appears to be in better condition than most of the shells uptown asking for a similar price but are uninhabitable. At 14-foot wide, the townhouse is on the narrower side and this section of 119th Street still is one of the those blocks that still has quite a few abandoned buildings remaining for some reason (including one at the end of this architectural row).
