A new affordable housing construction has broken ground on the corner of 127th and ACP/7th Avenue. This 9-story development with commercial space will finally fill in a long empty lot that for some reason has not sold until now. Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard just north of 125th Street has been slow to develop and seeing this empty lot built upon will probably at least not make this particular location so bleak.
