A shell at 226 West 132nd Street might finally be renovated since the townhouse finally sold back in November for $1.15 million. It has almost been six years since the last change of ownership in when the building was purchased for $750K but nothing has been done to the structure which still retains all the elements of its charming facade. A quick search of the DOB site shows no construction permits filed in the past decade but hopefully the new owners will restore this handsome home within the coming months.
