Number 25 Hamilton Terrace has a contract out based on the asking price of $2.39 million which is a big discount for this historic district especially on a renovated home. So why the lower price point? It happens that the main issue here is that the limestone townhouse is chopped up into 8 units with two of them rent stabilized. We like some of the updates such as dark stained floors throughout and subway tiles in the bathroom but the rest of the finishes are more middle of the road at best.
