DWELL: 34 HAMILTON TERRACE IN CONTRACT
The nearly 20-foot-wide, fully renovated home at 34 Hamilton terrace went up on the market a few weeks back through Elliman and now has a contract out based on the asking price of $3.5 million. Other townhouses on the coveted blocks just east of the Lower Convent Avenue Historic District have passed the $3 million mark in 2014 and the Hamilton Terrace appears to be once more leading the way this year. With better amenities quickly arriving to this section of Hamilton Heights these days and the express train just a 5 minute walk away, this part of West Harlem will surely be making some more headlines in 2015.
