After being on the market for 2 weeks, Number 527 1/2 Manhattan Avenue has a contract out based on the initial asking of $3 million.  With all of the original details, recent upgrades and a prime location within our Number 2 ranked neighborhood in Harlem, we had expected this one to go quickly.
