Through their
Facebook site, the Handpulled Noodle shop on Broadway just north of 149th Street has now confirmed that they will be opening in the next 2 weeks or so. ConEd has turned on the gas and the staff is under training as we speak! Specialty artisan eateries are still a new concept in Harlem and offering up the Chinese answer to the Japanese ramen trend will most definitely take off in a big way.
