INTRODUCING: FILTERED CAFE ARRIVING BY CUNY

We just got the word from the guys behind Lenox Coffee and Double Dutch that a third Harlem cafe will be opening across the Street from City College on Amsterdam Avenue in the next few months.  The new Hamilton Heights establishment will be call Filtered which should really bring much needed cafe society to this campus location just south of 140th Street on Amsterdam Avenue.  An updated photo of the location will be posted later in the morning but otherwise, those who want more updates should follow the new Filtered facebook site: LINK

UPDATE:  The lower photo is the location of the coffee shop which just had a sidewalk shed placed on site.  Number 1616 Amsterdam appears to be the next space next to the LG Laundry Lounge.
