A 2-bedroom in Manhattan for $1,500 a month might be hard to find these days but can be had north of 145th Street. There is such an apartment at 1790 Amsterdam Avenue up for lease which is close to all of the great boutique businesses starting to show up at the Broadway corridor, Lower Convent and Sugar Hill. The north entrance to the express trains at 145th Street is just a couple of avenues east and will get one to midtown in 10 minutes also. More on the broker site:
