Number 246 Lenox was up on the market for about $3 million several years ago but has recently returned for the same price. This 22-foot-wide home in the Mount Morris Park Historic District by 122nd Street now apparently has all of the paperwork in place for an easy conversion to possibly condos. Four years ago, the asking was a bit extreme but the timing just might be right now for the 2-family landmark building that needs a little love. More on the broker site:
