This home had an extensive gut renovation a few years ago (which looked pretty fresh at the time) but had to wait to a couple of years to be at this price point since more amenities are finally coming to Hamilton Heights. At 23-foot wide and within a rare corner lot, the landmark townhouse is on a great block just a short walk to the express train entrance that gets one to midtown in 10 minutes. In our opinion, some of the more contemporary fixtures, finishings and paint colors might need a little contextual update within but those detail are minor compared to all of positives.
