DWELL: 464 WEST 141ST STREET SOLD LOWER
Number 464 West 141st Street first went up on the market last September for the asking of $2.9 million but eventually went down to $2.5 million which attracted a buyer by December. This limestone home on the lower Convent Avenue neighborhood is surrounded by great architecture and has quite a bit of rare original details. The renovated former bed and breakfast has been chopped up into multiple dwellings but a certificate of non harassment is in place to get renovations started on for any future conversions. The broker site now has the price at $2.35 million so we assume that this is the final closing number: LINK
