A narrow 14-foot-wide townhouse by the Mount Morris Park Historic District priced for $1 million at 5 West 119th Street has sold quickly after being listed about 3 months ago. The 2-family home went on the market in November, had a contract out by December and closed in January for $994K according to public records. This address would probably be best converted into a single family because of the size but the location has really great potential if one can get past the few shells that still remain on the block like the one shown just a couple of doors down. Number 5 is actually to the east of the above photo but is part of these handsome, architecturally matching townhouses.
