Number 346 Convent Avenue in the historic district right below 145th Street went into contract quickly a few months back and records now show that the 2-family home going for $2.5 million closed a bit higher. This turreted townhouse has a lot of original details within, is close to the express subway stops and is easily one of the more unique homes uptown. The final number ended up being at $2.62 million which to us seems like a one of the better deals for under $3 million in Harlem.
