The 20-foot-wide townhouse at 416 West 147th Street on Sugar Hill now has a contract out based on the asking $2.89 million. There are a lot of original details in the legal 2-family home but we have not seen any photos of kitchens or bathrooms so those areas might need further updating. This is also one of our favorite historic districts in the city and the express train is less than a block away which gets uptown commuters to midtown in under 15 minutes. More on the broker site:
