DWELL: 221 WEST 137TH STREET TOWNHOUSE
Number 221 West 137th Street just arrive on the market for the asking of $2.4 million which might be on the higher side for a fixer upper this far north. We definitely like this block in Central Harlem because of the intact architecture but the single-family home appears to need a lot of work on the outside and photos have not been provided for the interior. Buyers still can have a fixed up home uptown at this price range so the condition of the original details within will be a factor on how quickly the townhouse moves. The other abandoned building next door is not a big selling point either but these appear to be the last two boarded up buildings on the block. More on Streeteasy: LINK
