DWELL: 34 HAMILTON TERRACE HAS SOLD

Number 34 Hamilton Terrace went up on the market in the springtime and now has finally sold based on an asking price of $3.5 million.  The 19-foot-wide townhouse is in a beautiful historic district within Hamilton Heights and has a fully renovated interior with higher end finishes.  There are not a lot original details within but the single-family layout probably helped things along.  Hamilton Terrace has been seeing sales around the $3 million mark in the past year or so and the final number on this home should be similar to some of the record holders.  More on Streeteasy: LINK
