The old warehouse just east of Amsterdam on West 129th Street has now been partially demolished. This barn-like structure is a reminder of the areas industrial past and has been used for storage until recent years. Apparently the lot is going for $40 million to any developer who is willing to pay the price tag but it is unclear if the property has been sold at this point in time.
