Things are progressing at a leisurely pace on the Harlem Whole Foods site at the corner of Lenox and 125th but it now looks like a third floor is going to finish up soon in the next few weeks. Two more floors are planned afterwards and at this rate the building will probably top off by the end of the year or so. Other anchor tenants are also in place and 2016 should be a big year for Harlem retail. Read more about this new construction in our past post:

Looking good. At this rate we may actually be able to shop there in early 2016, which would be phenomenal. In the meantime I have been making weekly trips to the Whole Foods near 98th and Columbus.
