A townhouse for under $2 million has just arrived on the market at 120 West 132nd Street but does need moderate amount of work. The location just west of Lenox Avenue is convenient to all that is happening along that commercial corridor and the express trains are also a short distance away. We also like that there appears to a moderate amount of original details intact within so what are the main issues for the address going for $1.85 million?
This building is still in an SRO layout with multiple chopped up apartments but a certificate of non harassment has already been filed. The brownstone is apparently vacant but will need to converted back into a more desirable residential layout which is probably less work to do than some of the shells out there that are demanding for more than one million.
