After just being on the market for a couple of weeks, the SRO building at 314 West 138th Street now has a contract out based on the asking of $1.5 million. This townhouse is on a pretty block close to St. Nicholas Park and has a lot of original details within but needs to be fully restored. Paperwork for a Certificate of Non Harassment have been apparently set in motion which was probably quite attractive to an all cash buyer out there.
