After being on the market for a couple of months, the historic Strivers Row townhouse at 203 West 138th Street now has a contract out based on the asking of $1.95 million. This landmark micro neighborhood by 7th Avenue is a bit further up north than the famous Astor Row by Lenox but the blocks are in much better condition. Each home has a garage out back and the single-family layout of this address along with the well preserved original details within probably helped find a buyer more sooner than later.
