A townhouse that probably needs a decent amount of work at Number 221 West 137th Street went into contract after being on the market for 4 months based on the initial asking of $2.4 million. We mentioned that this is a pretty intact block located above just west of 7th Avenue but buyers can still get a home that does not require major renovations at this price point in Central Harlem. With that said, the wide townhouse is in a desirable single-family layout and might just have original details in good condition within.
