DWELL: 225 EAST 110TH STREET IN CONTRACT
One of the newer brownstone designs in East Harlem has just gone into contract based on the asking of $2.29 million. The 3-family home has a mansard roof along with multiple row house neighbors that actually brighten up this block located a short walk away from the Lexington Avenue subway line and is a couple of doors down from Mountain Bird. With housing prices at a premium in Manhattan these days, it appears that neighborhoods that have been a tougher sell like East Harlem have been attracting more and more buyers.
